7.2.20 SOLD OUT! Sutter’s Trail, the first offering from the Signature Home Collection, located along the 10th fairway of Old Greenwood’s Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course is sold out. All 16 of the homes unveiled during the first and second phase of the collection have been purchased. The Signature Home Collection is entering a new phase of construction releasing 8 homes on Miner’s Trail.

6.26.20 Due to the recent surge in market activity, 3 Sutter’s Trail Cabins have gone into either full purchase contract or have LOI’s in place. This suddenly leaves only #16 left to purchase.

10.5.18 As the construction process on Sutter’s Lane moves past framing, the finish details begin to take shape.   The exterior materials include a mixture of metal, natural stone, and gray’s washed cedar.  The roofing will be a combo of timberline slate roof shingles and standing seam metal. Residences come standard with the Alpine Contemporary design interior palette.

9.20.18 The demand for new development at Old Greenwood has become clear as sales continue on Sutter’s Trail.  5 residences have now been reserved (#5 – #9), leaving 5 residences still available in Phase I.  Early attraction has targeted the premium locations with golf course views deep in the cul-de-sac.   The buzz in the community is how swiftly the construction is moving along.  True-Line builders are making significant progress daily.

8.30.18 Residences 7 & 10 are mostly framed, and all 8 Phase I homesites now have foundations.  It is expected that homesites 3 & 4 will be reserved in the coming weeks as they offer superb views of the 10^th green across the pond from the back patio.

8.7.18 Construction has begun on homesite 10 and 7, with foundations in for sites 6 and 5. The first eight Signature Homes will be ready for your family to move-in and enjoy beginning spring of 2019.

7.15.18 Updated design by Zehren Architecture — the celebrated design blends classic alpine exteriors with contemporary mountain interior finishes. Each four-bedroom floor plan is perfectly crafted for multi-generational and multi-family living.

6.22.18 Builder Tru-Line, known for their quality and precision, is pleased to be constructing the ideal layout. The Signature Home Collection will feature 4-bedroom’s and approximately 3000 square feet including a bonus family/media room. This layout will fulfill the needs of the active Old Greenwood family similar to the existing 4-bedroom Cabins at Old Greenwood.

6.10.18 The developer is currently working with the architects on the finishing touches for the project.  They promise to bring a unique exterior appearance that differs from the existing Old Greenwood residences.  Early buyers will have a larger selection of homesites to choose from, as well as the opportunity to customize some of the interior finishes.
