After a robust summer of new product and resale inventory, the Old Greenwood market has once again nestled into its comfort zone of low inventory. With 14 properties sold in 2019, and only 8 currently for sale, Old Greenwood is sitting on a healthy 6-months of inventory. Here are some news highlights from the community….
– Old Greenwood to host the PGA’s Barracuda Championship June 29th– July 5th. The event will welcome 120 PGA TOUR professionals all competing for a share of the tournament’s $3.5 million purse. The Barracuda Championship is one of just 46 full-field stops during the PGA TOUR Season and is part of the FedEx Cup, a season-long points competition for PGA TOUR professionals. Old Greenwood is considered to be one of the harder courses in the area, so it will be exciting to see how the pros will manage.

– Fractional Mountain Lodges finalize exterior repairs and contract Scott Corridan to update the interior pallet, including new TV’s. Scott is one of the most well know designers in the area. I look forward to seeing his work. https://www.scottcorridan.net/.
– Phase 1 sold out, Phase 2 at Sutter’s Trail making significant progress. Low snowfall has increased productivity for builders in the area. 10 of 16 are sold and only 4 remain for the upcoming 2020 move-in. Please contact me for more details on this project.
